Get Ready for Delta Force!
Galligan’s Tang Soo Do Studio will be starting their Delta Force martial arts lessons on Monday, 27th September from 7-8pm at Delta Adventure City. Classes will take place in a soft, padded environment, where the kids can safely hone their balance and coordination skills, boost their self-esteem, learn healthy habits and enjoy an active, social hour.
Classes cost €10 for the hour and participants must be at least six years of age. For more details contact Des on 085-7346198.

Free Martial Arts Class June 12th!
From 4.30pm, the Delta Force Branch of Galligans Tang Soo Do studio will be taking all interested children for an exciting lesson in martial arts.
Participation is free for all kids playing in the facility, and those interested can sign up for the formal classes beginning in September.
Those not interested in participating are welcome to watch the spectacle - you don't want to miss this!
